My work is dedicated to supporting women in living fulfilling lives by cultivating depth and sacredness--often through the practice of art, creativity and/or conversation. We explore the current chapters of our ongoing journeys so that we can live our lives as works of art in progress sourced by the unique contributions that we each make to the whole.

These workshops are designed to inspire, encourage and support you in the exploration and development of your artistic and creative life. They will connect you to the magic, mystery and power of art and images and your personal creative gifts. They offer support during transitions and the changing chapters of your life journey. Absolutely no previous art experience is necessary to explore experiences through art, images and creative exercises.

In a safe and nurturing environment we access the power of the imagination, intuition and intellect through an integrated arts approach, grounded in conversation and the visual arts. This work is designed to express images that stimulate the natural pleasure and healing processes of the Self and to deepen your life experiences.
