Jury and bench trial experience in Employment Law, Construction Defect, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Construction Site Injuries, Motor Vehicle, Real Estate, Breach of Contract and cases involving public entities. Medical Malpractice: Successfully petitioned the California Supreme Court, to reverse the trial court's exclusion of expert treating physician's testimony regarding liability and causation of injury, under C.C.P. §2034. Paxton v. Stewart, et. al. (2000) 23 Cal.4th 429.

Employment Law: Successfully argued against enforcement of the arbitration policy of a large health maintenance organization, in sexual harassment case. Kinney v. United Healthcare Services, Inc. (1999) 70 Cal. App.4th 1322.
