HONORING THE SACRED WITHIN: TAKING OUR TIME WITH POETRY & ART
In this workshop we focus on making connections between our words and our images, our heads and our hearts, and with others, through interactive and sharing exercises; allowing for experiences of integration and wholeness. Making meaningful connections lies at the heart of creativity, healing and the quest for wholeness. When we make connections we’re opening our hearts and souls to intimacy with Self, others and our world. Intimate connections allow for revelations of the soul and experiences of restfulness, openness and spaciousness. Cultivate the ability to listen within through the integration of meditation, visualization, poetry and visual arts. Please bring 1 to 3 lines of personally meaningful, holy, sacred or soulful poetry or song; and a brief favorite poems.
